As Team Lead SDR (f/m/d) you will take our sales team to the next level and play a crucial role in our mission to make plancraft the number 1 SaaS solution for tradespeople.

As SDR Lead (m/f/d), you play a key role for our sales teams. You will lead the SDR team, support them through targeted coaching and ensure that plancraft not only sells craftsmen's software, but also paves the way to a life with more freedom for contractors. Your personal development is just as important to us as our KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of the SDR team: You are responsible for the day-to-day business and ensure a structured and goal-oriented way of working within the team.
    Coaching and development: In close cooperation with the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for coaching and developing the individual skills of our SDRs.
  • Creating SDR content for our Sales Academy: You will develop training materials, guides and resources to continuously expand the team's knowledge and skills.
  • Sparring for tactical tasks: You will support the SDRs in creating and optimizing email sequences, call guides and other tactical tasks to maximize the team's success.

    Salary: The base salary for this position is between €50,000 and €60,000 per year, depending on your previous experience. In addition, you will receive between €20,000 and €25,000 bonus.

Must Haves

  • Several years of experience in the SDR sector, ideally already with initial leadership experience
  • You are really keen to accompany contractors into the digital age with the help of plancraft.
  • Daily contact with different people makes you happy and, thanks to your empathy and willpower, you have always successfully achieved your sales targets.
  • You think and act entrepreneurially, independently and have excellent communication skills.
  • German (C2) || English (B2)

    Nice to Haves

  • You have been involved in the skilled trades in a previous life
  • You have already gained initial experience in the start-up environment
  • You are familiar with the latest technologies in the sales tech stack and love to test out the latest trends
