Your mission

• You will be responsible for recruiting, from creating the requirements profile and active sourcing to hiring and onboarding
• You define search strategies to identify promising candidates
• You accompany candidates throughout the entire application process for a positive candidate experience
• You develop customised recruiting approaches based on trends and new technologies
• You support the further expansion of our employer branding

Your profile

• You already have experience in recruiting and active sourcing, especially with LinkedIn recruiting
• You know the trends and new technologies in recruiting
• You have a strong service orientation and a friendly, confident demeanour
• You have excellent communication skills in all situations
• You have a structured way of working and a talent for organisation
• You are fluent in German and English
