Internship People & Culture (m/f/d)

Your mission

As an important part of our People & Culture team, you will take responsibility for operational HR topics:

• You will be involved in the planning and organisation of our quarterly Team Weeks and other team events such as coffee chats
• You support applicant management and the onboarding of new employees
• You work in employer branding
• You set up employee surveys and analyse the results

Your profile

• You are studying business administration, business psychology or similar
• You have already gained experience in HR, ideally in a start-up
• You have strong knowledge and practical experience in dealing with social media platforms
• You have a strong service orientation and a friendly, confident demeanour
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have a structured way of working and a talent for organisation
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office
• You are fluent in German and English
