As Sales & Account Manager (all genders) you are an essential part of an experienced team that is responsible for accompanying exciting projects and getting our product onto the parking lots.

What to expect

  • 360 Degree Sales: You are responsible for the presentation of Wemolo to new customers to win them and future key customers for us and generate a sustainable increase in sales.
  • Customer Management: You manage the complete sales cycle by independently leading presentations, contract negotiations and contract closings on all management levels and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Lead generation: You develop high quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads.
  • Structures and KPIs: You continuously track your goals on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis (individually & at team level) and report them to your manager.
  • Team: We put the team first - you work closely with colleagues from different areas to continuously develop Wemolo further.
  • Market analysis: You develop strategies to continually grow your customer network, working closely with our sales team to develop and implement appropriate strategies and plans for potential customers.
  • Company development: You contribute significantly to the growth and success and strengthening of Wemolo's position in the market.

  • Your background: You have solid experience in B2B sales in a dynamic environment and are knowledgeable in acquiring and maintaining strong customer relationships. You are able to negotiate and finalize contracts until the end.
  • You are structured and analytical: You are data-driven and focus on quality and excellence.
  • Development: You are ambitious and enthusiastic about rapid development in a very dynamic environment.
  • Communication Talent: You easily establish and maintain relationships, are an active listener and are good at giving presentations.
  • Multitasking: You manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks, you are flexible and easily adapt to changes.
  • You are proactive: You examine needs, analyze sales potential and develop an action plan, and you like to solve complex business problems.
  • Teamwork: You are an enthusiastic team player, working collaboratively in a multi-tasking and international environment.
  • Language skills: You speak Polish at a native level and are business fluent in English.
  • Mobility: You have a valid category B driving license and the willingness to travel regularly throughout Poland.
  • You will attract our attention especially if: You have experience and a network of contacts in the commercial real estate, large-format stores and retail industries.
