HVAC Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead and oversee our HVAC operations. This is a key leadership role with responsibilities in managing daily operations, supervising team members, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience).

Location: Company in Deerfield Beach.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule daily maintenance and service for HVAC technicians.
• Hire, train, and evaluate team members, including hiring and terminating staff as necessary.
• Oversee the permitting process, ensuring all permits are properly closed.
• Inspect HVAC installations for quality and compliance.
• Write proposals and provide accurate quotes for HVAC equipment and services.
• Assist with sales of HVAC equipment and services to meet customer needs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
• Maintain inventory and oversee supply orders to meet project requirements.
• Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the HVAC industry, including technical knowledge of systems and equipment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to write professional proposals and sales agreements.
• Knowledge of permitting and compliance regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.
