4-40 Licensed insurance agents/CSR Insurance

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish-English) insurance agent to join our insurance office located in Hollywood. The ideal candidate will have a 4-40 or 2-20 license. The pay rate is between $18 to $20 per hour, full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Meet production goals and objectives for new business.
• Writing Homeowners Insurance.
• Prospect new business opportunities via phone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, present proposals, and close sales.
• Build ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, car dealerships, etc.
• Stay updated on new insurance products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in writing Homeowners Insurance.
• Must hold at least a 4-40 or 2-20 license.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines, quoting, and binding new insurance coverage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, honest, and has reliable transportation to work.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
