Your mission as a Fintech Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Oper, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of home purchasing in Europe.

We're looking for an ambitious and action-oriented Product manager to take full ownership of the core services and lender integrations of our product suite. You will integrate our product suite with the CRMs and core banking systems of our current and future customers. You will own the discovery, design and development of the product and work closely with our customers to build a world class mortgage application experience.

What you'll bring to Oper

• Min. 5 years of experience in Fintech with a focus on Retail Banking (Secured Lending, Unsecured Lending, Investments, or equivalent)
• Skill set for leading small teams of Product managers
• Eagerness to still ship product whilst coaching and structuring work of other Product managers
• You’re highly adept at working with product designers, developers, and whoever else you need to design, validate, build, ship, and sell high quality digital products. You know how to craft a product strategy to guide your high-level decisions
• You know how to allocate resources on the highest value opportunities and can back up your decisions with data.

Bonus Qualities

• Experience within a Pre-Series B (Enterprise) SaaS Startup in a Product manager role
• Experience with AI projects before
• Being interested in the European mortgage market
• You dabble in software engineering
• You speak other European languages like French, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, or German.
