Your Commitment will include

• Analyze and define HR business requirements
• Enhance and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals)
• Propose and test solutions with business and IT teams
• Coordinate release management and external providers
• Ensure quality assurance and support implementation

Achieving the difference requires

• 3+ years of experience in HR digitalization or IT consulting in HR
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Agile project methodology experience (Scrum, SAFe)
• Analytical and communication skills
• German at minimum B2 level
