Tasks

Your Commitment will include

  • Analyze and structure existing workarounds in sales and document-related processes
  • Gather and consolidate requirements from business departments (Sales, Customer Service, Document Management)
  • Optimize document management workflows, specifically: Document creation, approval, archiving, and compliance, Automation and standardization of document flows, Alignment with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, retention policies)
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize and structure the existing backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the external ERP vendor (Sapiens) to validate solution feasibility
  • Act as the interface between business units, internal IT, and external vendors
  • Support testing, rollout, and change adoption for new functionalities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM and ERP-related processes

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
  • Solid understanding of ERP and CRM integration, ideally with Sapiens or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of document management processes, including compliance and automation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
  • Comfortable acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity with PowerShell tools such as Sapien PowerShell Studio is beneficial.
  • Automating data workflows, preparing integration scripts
  • Creating reusable scripts to support business or IT functions
  • Experience with similar tools like Visual Studio Code, Notepad++, or Git-based version control systems (e.g. GitKraken, TortoiseGit)
  • Full professional & technical fluency English and German or French, required.
