What will you do as City Manager?

You will be the head of the office and will participate in the coordination of the different departments, ensuring that the commercial, operational and strategic objectives of the office are met, ensuring excellence in customer service.

Tasks

What will be your responsibilities?

Management of the team: You will manage their schedules and absences, holidays and uniforms. You will identify and solve the needs of the team. In addition, you will participate in the selection of new recruits and you will collaborate in the development of the team, building talent loyalty.

Fleet management: you will manage and analyse fleet availability, balance, as well as the control of bookings and returns. You will ensure compliance with the Fleet Plan.

Office development: we will ask you to promote improvements applicable to the base and the teams. As well as, promote the acquisition of new business with partner companies trying to develop the business. And to optimise and control the resources of the base.

Achievement of objectives: we will ask you to work on the fulfillment of the objectives both at a financial, quality and sales level. You will verify and ensure the correct implementation of sales and quality processes following the company's standards.

Requirements

What do we value?

  • A great leader. You would have managed teams before and are able to support and empower the team to achieve (and exceed!) the objectives.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the tourism and/or car rental sector (valuable).
  • Driving licence B
  • Ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service.
  • High level English and French
  • Organised, flexible, proactive, decisive and with initiative, able to work in a team and results oriented.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as digital skills in the use of our tools.
