IT Corporate Specialist

Your mission

As a IT Corporate Specialist, you’re proactive and eager to challenge yourself and learn new technologies.
You will be part of our IT team, supporting internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, and improving processes.

This is what you bring along

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a First Level IT Support internally for our employees;
• Administration, installation and support of Windows-based and MacOssystems;
• Configuration, deployment and maintenance of end user devices (e.g. desktops, laptops, tablets, phones) are in your hands;
• Administration and maintenance of our existing network infrastructure and system landscape;

• Technical onboarding of new employees.

  WHAT YOU'LL NEED ????

• 1-2 years of experience in IT-related roles;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll ensure a high standard of IT support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues;
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac (client-side only);
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and grow;

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  WHAT WOULD HELP YOU THE MOST????

• Familiarity with Linux;
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Knowledge of JumpCloud for Mobile Device Management;

• Understanding of Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace.
