Your mission

• Conception and implementation of creative and innovative digital campaigns for our clients – in the form of motion graphics (video) and banners.
• Creation of web banners, social video ads, and other online advertising materials for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.
• Execution and optimization of online advertising materials for various client projects.
• Monitoring current design and online marketing trends to incorporate new ideas and concepts into our work.

This is what you bring along

• At least 3 years of professional experience in digital graphic design, ideally in online marketing.
• A completed education or degree in graphic design, media design, or communication design – or a comparable qualification in digital media.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Nice to have: Experience with Figma.
• Experience in creating animated and static advertising graphics and videos.
• Confident use of Google Slides for creating engaging presentations.
• High attention to detail, a creative eye, and a structured, independent working style.
• You are a true team player with a hands-on mentality and stay calm even in stressful situations.
• You speak and write fluently in German and English.
