With fully autonomous stations for Stand Up Paddle or Multisport; Equip aim at connecting sports and communities in three easy steps. Simply reserve, grab and go!

Today, Equip is based in Rolle - Switzerland – on the French-Swiss Riviera, close to the Lake Leman and the Alps. The team currently manages partnerships and stations in 40 locations around Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain.

Join Equip Sport as a Sales Coordinator Intern and play a key role in supporting our sales team to drive growth and operational efficiency. If you're structured, proactive, and passionate about the sports industry, this internship offers hands-on experience in business development from negotiation to project launch.

As part of the sales team, you'll report directly to the Head of Business Development and work closely with various departments to help close ongoing deals and ensure their successful implementation. You'll be involved in the full commercial process — from offer preparation and negotiation through to the launch and coordination of signed projects.

Duration: 6-months

Start Date: May 1st or as soon as possible

Tasks

  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of commercial offers and contracts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary resources and information for deal execution
  • Monitor timelines and ensure smooth handover from sales to project delivery
  • Support in post-signature activities including project kick-offs and client onboarding
  • Provide reporting and updates on sales activities and deal progress
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • First experience in sales, business development, or account coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
  • Interest in the outdoor sports industry is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English and French; German is a bonus
