With fully autonomous stations for Stand-Up Paddle or Multisport, Equip aims at connecting sports and communities in three easy steps: simply reserve, grab and go!
Today, Equip is based in Rolle - Switzerland – on the French Swiss Riviera, close to the Lake Leman and the Alps. The team currently manages partnerships and stations in 250 locations around Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain
As a Supply Chain Intern at Equip Club SA., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our supply chain to support the distribution and availability of premium sports equipment at our autonomous stations. You will assist the Head of Operations in coordinating various aspects of the supply chain, from data management, orders entry to transport planning and inventory control.
Duration: 6-months
Start date: ASAP or as of May 1st
Tasks
Data Management:
- Create and manage data in our ERP system (NetSuite), including product information, suppliers, SKUs, EAN codes, and other relevant data
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency to support supply chain processes
Purchase Order Management:
- Participate in forecast meetings with Supply team
- Enter purchase orders in the system and follow-up production and delivery with R&D manager
Inbound and Outbound Transport Management:
- Manage all inbound and outbound transport, including sea freight, airfreight, and express shipments
- Make sure all documents are correct for custom purposes
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Orders management & Inventory Control
- Place orders in the system and follow-up shipments to hubs and partners
- Manage inventory with third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Ensure accurate stock records in the system
- Monitor inventory levels in hub warehouses and adjust orders as needed to meet maintenance demand
ERP Development and Process Improvement:
- Participate in the development of our process in the ERP system, and seek opportunities to add automation when possible
- Write down and update supply chain processes to support the growing startup
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge in transport and customs environment (incoterms, HS code etc.)
- Proficient in excel and digital tools. Knowledge in ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Process-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic startup environment
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
