With fully autonomous stations for Stand-Up Paddle or Multisport, Equip aims at connecting sports and communities in three easy steps: simply reserve, grab and go!
Today, Equip is based in Rolle - Switzerland – on the French Swiss Riviera, close to the Lake Leman and the Alps. The team currently manages partnerships and stations in 250 locations around Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain.
At Equip, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team for the season! As a Customer Service Support and Field Ops Tech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring positive customer experience and efficient logistics operations.
Your responsibilities will cover customer service support, logistics coordination, weekend operations, installation and maintenance assistance, travel for operational needs, administrative support, team collaboration, learning and development, compliance and safety, and project assistance.
This multifaceted role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about outdoor sports and is ready to contribute to the success of our company in any way they can.

Tasks
Customer Service Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner
- Provide information about products and services
Installation and Maintenance Assistance for SUP & Multisport stations
- Ensure the optimal operation of our stations within the designated territory
- Diagnose troubleshoot technical issues, performing repairs as necessary
- Monitor the condition of equipment and facilities, proactively addressing potential problems
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex maintenance or improvements to our stations
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Assist in installation of new hubs in Europe according to company needs
Administrative Support:
- Perform data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed
Project Assistance:
- Assist in specific projects or initiatives as directed.
- Provide innovative ideas to improve service or operational efficiency.
- Take additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to travel for operational needs, this may be within Switzerland or our neighboring countries
- Available to work on weekends for customer service and logistics tasks
- Team player to collaborate interdepartmentally to ensure seamless customer service and logistic operations
- Currently enrolled in higher education or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Familiarity with outdoor sports products and passion for the industry
- Fluent English and French, proficient German is a plus
