Duration: We have internship opportunities varying in lengths, from summer internships to 6-months duration.
Tasks
Internship Roles Available:
1. Customer Service Intern:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, addressing product, order, and warranty inquiries
- Build and maintain professional, one-on-one relationships with customers by assisting them in selecting the right gear for their adventures
- Educate customers on the product lines of Nidecker Group brands (Nidecker, Jones, YES, ThirtyTwo, eS, etnies, Emerica) by staying informed and up-to-date on product changes and new product launches
- Collaborate with E-Commerce teams to share knowledge, customer feedback, training insights, and customer feedback allowing continuous enhancement
2. Rider Service Intern:
- Support logistics and operations for our rider network
- Help streamline internal processes to improve service efficiency
- Help with scheduling and communications.
3. Marketing & Events Intern:
- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media management, event planning, and brand promotion.
- Gain insight into the planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in daily operations and project-based tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
Requirements
- Current students or recent graduates in related fields (Business, HR, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Sport management etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion for learning
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Any experience with AI is a plus
- Passion for snowboarding and/or skateboarding
