Tasks
- Coach and support teammates, defining and upholding technical standards
- Proactively resolve DevOps bottlenecks, risks, and improvement areas
- Ensure IaC and service reliability through automated and manual testing
- Maintain monitoring, alerting and incident response systems
- Manage and optimize Docker and Docker Compose deployments in the cloud
- Champion automation to enhance delivery speed and reduce manual work
- Build, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and maintain scalable, resilient Infrastructure as Code
- Design and refine infrastructure for efficiency and seamless integration
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Infrastructure or Cloud Engineering
- Solid experience with Python, Docker, Linux, and at least one public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean)
- Strong working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines—ideally with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- Confident working with Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Ansible
- Skilled with version control and daily Git workflows
- Bonus: Familiarity with SonarQube, Sentry, and data/BI orchestration tools
- Communicate clearly in English and enjoy working with cross-functional teams
- You’re proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a lean DevOps setup where you lead by doing
