We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our exclusive team.
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for MoovingON’s customers. You will collaborate with our internal teams to understand our core field of expertise for ensuring customers achieve maximum business value from our services. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new customers as well as fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
Our offices are located in Nesher. The position is on-site.
Tasks
- Manage ongoing customer relationships.
- Conduct business discovery sessions and periodic business reviews.
- Deliver training sessions to customers.
- Monitor and maintain customer health scores.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Manage Jira workflows and task prioritization.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 1+ years of Customer Success experience or other customer-oriented related background.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to see the bigger picture while still being detail-oriented.
- Strong active listening and effective communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, with excellent presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, curious with an optimistic approach and can-do attitude.
- Any technological background - preferred; experience with cloud technologies - a significant plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, CRM platforms, ticketing systems, BI applications - big advantage.
