Job Description
We are looking for a Account Manager to join MGID’s Account Management team in Thailand.
You will be responsible for managing the full campaign lifecycle — from launch and optimization to performance monitoring and result delivery — in line with client objectives and KPIs. This role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, driving campaign renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for Media campaign operations on MGID -successful campaign execution, optimization and analysis, ultimately ensuring to meet delivery and performance goals and invoicing all campaigns assigned.
- Implementation and tracking of KPI’s defined and agreed with clients.
- Implementation and tracking of Paid search campaigns of assigned clients.
- Day to day traffic monitoring of all advertising campaigns of assigned accounts.
- Liaises with the clients to provide campaigns raw and/or advanced reporting.
- Cooperate with the associated teams in order to complete account set up and campaign delivery.
- Cooperate to the other operational teams, Media Planner, Sales, Account Management, Creative and other associated teams.
- Cooperate to account manager from Media platforms to ensure the best support provided to Media Option.
Requirements
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
- 3+ years of campaign management or biddable experience.
- 1+ years of team management experience.
- Experience with Native ads or any advertising platform, or similar ad serving solutions is a plus.
- Must be able to multi-task multiple account projects, work well under pressure and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Prefer a good communicator and meticulous person.
- Knowledge of Computer and Internet savvy (minimum Microsoft Office--Word, Excel, Power point).
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills. Trustworthy and dependable. And excellent attention to detail and strong organization.
- Strong analytical and client management skills.
- Fluent Thai.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Online marketing with digital metrics.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Working experience as an ad operation or client support in Media Agency.
