Tasks
- Sales Management of small packaging product range and services for the region of Europe, South America, Africa and Asia
- Functional Leadership of Sales Team for Small Packaging in MIPS region
- Development of Small Packaging Product Range
- Close Co-Operation with Plant Managers to analyze Sales Output & Production Capacities
- Optimization of Process Steps within Order-2-Cash process
- Margin Analysis and Price Management
- Key Account Management of selected Key-Customers (International Sales);
- Budget Planning (Purchasing and Sales of Packaging)
- Acquisition of New Customers / Management of Existing Customer Relationships
- Co-Operation with other Sales-Managers of MAUSER on global level
- Finalization of offers, Implementation of 1st orders into existing process flows
- Leadership and Assistance in line with tender processes for Key Accounts
- Co-Operation in global projects of MAUSER
- Active contribution and participation in Trade-Fair-Events or other Events
- Leadership and Assistance in Sales-Activities
- Participation within training programs of NCG and MAUSER
Requirements
- University/business school degree or technical education with practical business experience
- State-of-the-Art computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
- German and English proficiency
- Result driven Entrepreneur with high self-motivation and discipline
- High affinity for working within an global team on solutions for Key Customers or on customer projects.
- Solution driven and customer orientated working behavior
- Experienced Team Leader in an International Sales Environment
- Advanced Technical Competence in field of rigid small packaging products
- Hands-on mentality, assertiveness, team-oriented approach, analytical thinking and enjoyment of working in an international environment
- Willingness to work in the field of external sales with frequent business travels
