Position Overview

We are seeking a Swiss-based, creative, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to join our small but dynamic marketing and sales team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the US launch of our innovative endodontic treatment solution by managing and creating content across our digital platforms. In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Chief Customer Success Officer and Product Manager to shape and execute our digital marketing strategy, manage our CRM and e-commerce platforms, and drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Marketing strategy: Contribute to the development of our overall marketing strategy and execution plan
• Lead generation: Design and run digital campaigns to attract and nurture leads
• CRM management: Customize and manage our HubSpot CRM for inbound marketing
• Platform Integration: Oversee the integration of HubSpot with our webshop (Shopify), website (WordPress), and social media channels
• Social media: Create and manage social media campaigns, increasing awareness and reach
• Content creation: Design and produce marketing materials for digital and print, including content for social media, website, educational materials, and training resources

• Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing management, media design, or equivalent
• Graphic design: Profound skills and experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Digital marketing skills: Good experience in HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress & general IT tools (Microsoft 365).
• Other skills: Passion for photography/ video creation are a plus
• Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Outstanding Communication: Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate across teams
