Position Overview
We are seeking a Swiss-based, commercially driven, and customer-focused professional to lead downstream product activities, execute sales programs, and manage key account relationships. This role bridges product marketing, sales enablement, and customer success, playing a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market strategy, driving commercial initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments and combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including frequent collaboration with R&D and clinical teams. You will be working closely with our Chief Customer Success Officer and our US-based sales & customer onboarding team.
Tasks
- Support definition & execution of go-to-market strategy & programs
- Lead & support targeted sales & marketing initiatives
- Develop compelling product content and documentation
- Build & maintain strong customer relationships supporting sales, onboarding/training, and Key Account Management
- Gather & analyze customer feedback and provide input to R&D/ clinical science
- Co-ordinate 2nd level support in close collaboration with 1st level support in the US
- Pro-actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions or new initiatives
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus)
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, commercial marketing, or sales within B2B or healthcare, life sciences, or technology environments. Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as key account management or sales, is a plus
- Outstanding Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with key stakeholders, KOLs, and cross-functional teams
- Organization & Tech Proficiency: Self-starter adept at prioritizing tasks, utilizing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and working with general IT tools (Microsoft 365)
- Travel Readiness: Comfortable travelling to the US for 25%+
