• Take ownership of projects and applications, leveraging your expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Design and implement innovative SAP HXM solutions in HCM Core and SuccessFactors.
• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes in SAP HCM/HXM, ensuring efficient technical implementation.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for clients and interested stakeholders.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Solid experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
• Expertise in managing and organizing (sub-)projects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English, coupled with exceptional social skills.
• A customer-focused and business-oriented mindset, with a knack for solving complex challenges.
