What Success Looks Like in the Early Months:

• You have effectively supported the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of our flagship location in Berlin Mitte.
• You have assisted in managing staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and perform to our standards.
• You have helped maintain operational efficiency and quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to our brand standards.
• You have played a key role in inventory management and operational cost control to drive profitability.
• You have contributed to creating a welcoming store environment that embodies our commitment to hospitality.
• You have engaged with the local community to strengthen our brand's presence and foster positive relationships.
• You have prepared reports and provided feedback to the Store Manager to improve store performance.

What You Need to Succeed:

• +1 year experience in a supervisory role within the food retail or consumer industry, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and inspire a team.
• Knowledgeable about the local Berlin market and able to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on priorities, responsiveness, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Fluent in English & at least intermediate German.
