Manager - Sales and Operations Planning (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As a Manager - Sales and Operations Planning (m/f/d), you'll spearhead the oversight of our captivating and varied product line. Your tasks will include:

• Improving forecasting accuracy of commercial departments through reviewing performance data and ensuring process adherence
• Working cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end process alignment of forecast from sale's inputs to purchasing decisions
• Create alignment with Operations and Commercial teams to develop actions to reduce out-of-stock risks
• Manage inventory strategy through balancing SKU overstock and availability
• Ensure smooth implementation of promotional activities and new product launches
• Enhancing current processes to improve forecasting and availability performance

Your profile

• Degree in business administration or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on supply chain management
• You have at 1-2 years of professional experience in demand planning, sales and operations planning, procurement, purchasing or supply chain management in the food industry or in a strategy consultancy
• You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate for your new position
• You have excellent English skills
• You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel
• You are comfortable working in Google and/or Microsoft suite of tools (i.e. Google Sheets)
• Experience with Demand Planning and Replenishment tools would be a plus
• Experience with SQL would be a plus
• You have excellent analytical and communication skills
• You are characterized by a structured way of working
