  • Analysing processes and data in preparation for the optimisation and further development of our working methods
  • Optimising existing finance processes to increase efficiency and transparency
  • Defining and implementing new processes in Finance and at the interfaces to other departments
  • Technical implementation of processes in Continia and Microsoft Business Central
  • Documentation of all processes to create a consistent and comprehensible basis

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree in process management, business administration or similar.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in finance process management, ideally in a dynamic, growth-orientated environment.
  • You have an excellent command of German and a very good command of English.
  • You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position
  • You are familiar with the creation of flowcharts
  • You have already gained experience with the ERP system MS Dynamics Business Central and are open to the use of tools such as Notion, Miro Board.
  • You are characterised by your analytical thinking and your structured way of working.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills!
