As a Customer Support Working Student at Kickbase, you'll be at the forefront of this movement, utilizing your skills, creativity, and expertise to elevate the football fan experience.

Our community is very important to us, and we go the extra mile to resolve their concerns as quickly as possible.

What you'll do

  • You will primarily support our customer support team on weekends, including Fridays, and during crunch time such as Bundesliga Start.
  • You will assist users with inquiries through email, chat, and on other platforms, collaborating directly with product managers to provide feedback or address technical issues.

What you bring

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • High level of reliability.
  • Affinity for modern communication tools.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including weekends.
  • Familiarity with the Kickbase App.
  • A strong service and quality mindset.
  • Good Problem-solving skills, so you can independently analyze and resolve user issues.

Nice to haves

  • Experience in support/customer service.
