Now, we are looking for you as a Sales Intelligence Manager to optimize our sales processes in a data-driven way and make our sales team even more efficient.
Tasks
- Analysis and evaluation of sales data: You independently analyze CRM and sales data, identify trends, and derive concrete actions to increase revenue.
- Optimization of sales processes: You identify inefficient workflows in sales, develop efficient CRM workflows and automations.
- Support for sales campaigns: You work closely with the sales team, plan and manage sales campaigns, and ensure a data-driven implementation.
- Collaboration with internal teams: You closely collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to further develop processes and ensure optimal coordination between departments.
- Creation and interpretation of dashboards and reports: You use CRM data for performance analysis, create reports and dashboards to measure sales success.
- Operational implementation of efficiency measures: You implement initiatives that enhance the productivity of the sales team and optimize processes.
Requirements
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate commercial and CRM data, generate insights, and track performance.
- SQL and Excel proficiency: Very good SQL skills and fluency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in Revenue Operations: Ideally, experience in sales or revenue operations, especially in process optimization and CRM system management.
- Process-oriented thinking and execution skills: You identify optimization potential, develop efficient workflows, and implement them effectively.
- Attention to detail: You spot errors, areas for improvement, and nuances in every process to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Initiative and drive: A proactive, hands-on approach with an entrepreneurial and curious mindset.
- Team orientation and strong communication skills: You collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and can clearly convey complex topics.
- Language skills: Fluent in English
