German Customer Support (igaming)

This role focuses on maintaining the satisfaction and loyalty of our German-speaking customer base. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact, resolving issues and ensuring a positive user experience.

• Provide customer assistance in German and English via live chat and email.
• Help customers navigate the website, including account creation and management.
• Collaborate with teams like Payments & Fraud to ensure a secure gaming environment.
• Collect customer feedback to enhance services and communicate insights to relevant departments.

• EU passport holder
• Fluency in both German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry or similar fast-paced online environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Patience and empathy when addressing customer concerns.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Technical proficiency with online gaming platforms.

• Full-time position with a 40-hour work week (9 am to 6 pm).
• Competitive salary starting at €2,167 per month.
