Tasks
Handling payments, account verification, betting-related questions, and general account inquiries. Your role will be to provide advise on live chat, email, and phone, ensuring users have a seamless experience.
- Evaluating and escalating complex queries to senior staff when necessary.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues related to payments, technical difficulties, verification, or account queries.
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written Dutch.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and deliver resolutions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays (five days out of seven).
