Tasks

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer inquiries effectively on the first contact.
  • Respond to calls and emails regarding mobile/web applications, accounts, and general inquiries.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and update internal databases with accurate information from customer interactions.
  • Represent the company in a positive, professional manner while becoming an expert on its products.

Requirements

  • EU passport holder
  • Ideally already located in Athens.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English (German is an asset).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support or tech/software support.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Team player with a self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Mindset: Positive, dependable, and respectful, with a drive to achieve success.

Benefits

  • Salary: €1,500–€1,600 gross per month, with additional compensation for Sunday work.
  • 14-month salary system, plus a 5% annual income bonus.
  • Paid overtime.
  • Work Schedule: 40-hour workweek, with shifts between 9:00–17:00 or 10:30–18:30. Paid 30-minute lunch break included.
