German Customer Support (Igaming industry)

• Provide customer support via chat (rarely over the phone) to German-speaking users.
• Assist with inquiries about website games and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach while working collaboratively with the team.

Language Skills: Native or fluent German (spoken and written) and fluent English.

Experience: No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus.

Salary:€26,266.20 annual basic salary

• extra €2.50/hour for shifts after 18:00.
• extra €4/hour for night shifts.
• Increase salary after 1 year of employment

Bonus: Private and team bonuses based on KPIs and team spirit.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts (24/7 support, 5 days on, 2 days off).

Paid Breaks: 30 minutes per 8-hour shift.

Leave: 28 days of annual leave (calculated as 244 hours).

Training:

• 14-day paid training program.
• Individualized training without tests.

Relocation Support:

• Up to €1,000 reimbursement after completing the trial period.
• Clause to repay training and relocation costs if leaving within six months.
