DUTCH or GERMAN Customer Support Team Leader (+ relocation package)

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Team Leader to join our team in Riga, Latvia. Your role will be to motivate, develop, and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment, ensuring our team meets or exceeds our service goals.

• Motivate, develop, and mentor team members.
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds service goals.
• Achieve targets for staff availability, work output, and team cohesion.
• Proactively manage performance dips with adequate reinforcement plans.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Distribute the daily workload among team members to meet customer goals.
• Optimize team procedures for better efficiency.
• Establish and maintain smooth workflows.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and set daily focus areas.

• Near-native (C1) Dutch OR German language skills and manageable English skills (B1+ or better).
• EU passport holder
• Either direct Team Lead experience in Customer Support OR at least 3 years Customer Support experience.
• Ability to understand documentation and log accurately in client systems.
• Availability for part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) with the condition to work full-time during the first two months for training and nesting purposes.
• No night shifts.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (work from home during late shifts ending beyond 9 pm, with a minimum of 2 days WFH) after the first 3 months.
