the Store Manager is a key role at the heart of daily operations, where structure, clarity, and team energy come together to shape the experience on both sides of the bar

– Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the store
– Managing orders, suppliers, and communication with the bakery and other departments
– Maintaining the store’s cleanliness, functionality, and atmosphere
– Scheduling shifts and coordinating the team’s weekly planning
– Leading regular meetings to ensure fluid communication and shared goals
– Handling administrative tasks: reporting, stock control, and internal systems
– Acting as the bridge between baristas, leadership, and operations

– Experience in managing a specialty coffee shop or similar high-paced hospitality environment
– Someone who is structured, calm under pressure, and confident in taking responsibility
– A clear communicator who knows how to organize, motivate, and support a team
– Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude
– Comfort with admin tools and task planning
– Fluency in English; German or Spanish are a plus
– Based in BerlinProven previous experience as a barista and leading teams - minimum stay of 1 year
