Team Lead Tech Support - AgTech Startup

The Team Lead Tech Support role is to oversee our daily operational activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for optimizing processes. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead and mentor a team of currently 3 operational and technical support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to drive decision-making.
• Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in anything technical, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the agricultural or technology sectors.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools).
