We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Support Admin to support our Sales and Customer Support teams with administrative, financial, and organizational tasks. You will help ensure our internal processes run smoothly and enable our frontline teams to focus on what they do best – serving our customers.
Full-time and part-time roles available.
Tasks
- Prepare and send invoices, quotations, contracts, and official letters
- Track payments, update records, and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Manage and document affiliate commission payments
- Check and process travel and expense claims from support staff
- Maintain accurate customer files and internal records
- Support general coordination and documentation tasks for the Sales and Support teams
- Help enforce internal processes and quality standards
- Create reports to leadership and for the external accounting service provider
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, finance, or operations support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of basic finance/admin tasks (e.g., invoicing, expense checks)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
- Reliable, responsible, and process-oriented work ethic
- Good communication skills in Thai (written & spoken) and able to understand English as our team is very international
- Must be based in Bangkok and able to work on-site
