We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Distribution Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Madrid. As Distribution Manager you will play a crucial role in identifying, supervising, and enhancing our network of regional sales partners and distributors across Iberia, Latam & Italy.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven track record in distribution channel management.
Tasks
- Manage and develop a network of sales partners and distributors in Iberia, LATAM, and Italy, overseeing all operational sales activities and ensuring revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing partners, supporting onboarding, training (online/onsite), and implementation of the Hornetsecurity partner program.
- Monitor partner and distributor performance, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to optimize results, provide suitable KPIs for continuous performance measurement.
- Define relevant forecasts, set KPIs, and ensure targets are met in Iberia, Latam & Italy.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams, and act as the main point of contact for distributors.
- Plan and execute marketing activities with the Country Manager and Regional Marketing Manager, ensuring contractual resources are provided for distributors.
- Potentially lead a small team or coordinate external stakeholders to achieve seamless execution of initiatives.
Requirements
- You have a solid IT knowledge from education or equivalent qualifications, ideally in IT security or cloud services, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
- You have a proven expertise in managing and developing sales partners and distributors, particularly in Iberia, with strategic and business-focused results.
- You have strong analytical skills, experienced with tools like Excel (pivot tables) and Salesforce for data management and analyzes to drive insights and strategy.
- You have exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish, with confidence in presentations and negotiations.
- You have a high travel flexibility, a proactive mindset, and a goal-driven approach to achieving quarterly targets.
- You have strong organizational talent and leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire teams and partners.
- You enjoy working in an international team and demonstrate high energy and enthusiasm in all interactions.
