The planning team is responsible for forecasting demand and managing the organization of our guided tours and rentals in France, focusing initially on the Île de France region.
We improve customer experience, processes and solutions. We work closely with the different sites and form a global team that helps and supports each other.
We are looking for our International Customer Service Assistant for the high season, i.e. from June 1 to August 31. Your main mission will be to guide customers to the best service and guarantee their satisfaction.
Assisting the team, you will present our products and service as a true Holland Bikes ambassador!
You'll learn how to welcome and guide international customers over the phone and give them the best possible experience, by renting our bikes and/or booking a guided tour.
