The Role

Heavnn is a startup providing a Global Tax Management platform to location-independent workers (digital nomads, expatriates, business travelers…) and online businesses.

We’re looking for a Marketing Operator who will shape our narrative, tell our story to the world and engage with our audience.

Expect ownership, learning, and evolution at the core of this role.

What You’ll Do

Tell and shape Heavnn’s story

• Define and evolve Heavnn’s narrative, positioning, and tone
• Translate a complex product into clear, compelling messages
• Express that story through content, social media, community, partnerships, and experiments — wherever our audience is

Keep the conversation going

• Collect feedback and signals from our audience and customers
• Observe how messages perform across channels
• Experiment, learn, and refine our approach until we’re aligned with our audience.
• Balance intuition with data (audience growth, engagement rate, retention, conversion, etc…)

Build and scale marketing

• Contribute to defining marketing priorities and strategy
• Run and analyze experiments across different traction channels
• Help structure marketing processes and tools over time
• Grow with the company as marketing expands into new channels

Who We’re Looking For

You understand marketing beyond storytelling and are comfortable reasoning about performance, experimentation, and impact.

You:

• 3–7 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and pedagogically.
• You have a data-driven approach and like to proceed with experiments, analysis, and validation. You follow a rigorous process to optimize and increase your metrics.
• You’re a fast learner and you know how to get yourself up-to-speed on new topics.

Languages:

• German, French, or Spanish are a strong plus

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a startup or early-stage environment
• Previous exposure to fintech, legaltech, traveltech, or similarly complex products
• Experience working with international or remote-first audiences
