Your mission

  • Representing the brands distributed by the Property;
  • Advise and sell the Company products to customers;
  • Suggest and sell services to satisfy the consumer: delivery, installation, commissioning,
  • after-sales service, accessories, etc.;
  • Develop partnerships (media, advertisers, distributors, etc.) to increase sales and brand
  • awareness;
  • Participate in the development of the Showroom communication, optimizing merchandising:
  • layout, product display, window displays, in conjunction with the marketing department;
  • Guarantee the achievement of sales targets and develop the turnover with constancy and
  • assertiveness;
  • Guarantee periodic reporting activities;
  • Management of administrative obligations of the Showroom activities;
  • Leading the showroom consultant team;
  • Other activities defined by the Property.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in economics/marketing, with an excellent curriculum studiorum;
  • Excellent personal standing;
  • Significant experience in the management of shops in the Food&Beverage sector;
  • Excellent relational, commercial and customer management skills, entrepreneurial attitude;
  • Passion for the Food&Beverage sector;
  • Strong commercial sense and aptitude for continuous improvement;
  • Motivation and determination, maturity, autonomy, problem solving, spirit of initiative/proactivity;
  • Tenacious, ambitious, positive person;
  • Dynamism, flexibility;
  • Habitual use of the most common computer applications (MS Office word, excel, outlook);
  • Italian and English fluent, written and spoken; preferable knowledge of German, written and spoken
  • Domicile in the North-East Lombardy Area (Milan-Brescia).
