Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed individual and company sales targets within the Benelux region.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities by leveraging existing industry contacts and building relationships with potential clients.
• Actively promote and sell a diverse range of raw materials, including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and specialized ingredients for the food, feed, and supplement industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and purchasing, to deliver tailoredmsolutions that meet client needs.
• Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.
• Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and updates to the European Sales Manager.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within the Nutra-Ingredients industry, with a focus on vitamins, minerals, sports nutrition, and supplements.
• Established network of clients and decision-makers within the Benelux food and feed
sectors.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics, product applications, and customer needs in the region.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluent in English and at least one other language relevant to the Benelux region (Dutch, French, or German preferred).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with international trade, customs regulations, and logistics.
