Responsibilities

  • You will work on our modular solution, endios one, designed for scalability and flexibility, offering our customers extensive customization options via the dashboard – without requiring custom code.
  • You will develop fully natively for Android using Kotlin, without dealing with outdated legacy systems.
  • You will use Bitrise and Fastlane for delivery.
  • You will ensure code quality together with the team through regular code reviews as well as automated CircleCI and Mergeable PR checks.
  • You will work with test versions via Firebase App Distribution and use Crashlytics for monitoring.
  • You will use modern tools and libraries like Koin Dependency Injection, Kotlin Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, and Navigation—always striving to stay technologically up to date.
  • You will ensure high test coverage using Espresso UI and JUnit / Jupiter Unit Tests.
  • You will develop your own Android Studio plugins and Python scripts to simplify your daily tasks.
  • You will collaborate with tools such as GitHub, Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
  • You will operate in a Scrum-based agile team with full exposure to concept development, CI/CD, QA, release management, and cross-functional collaboration (POs, Designers, Customer Success, Account Management).

Qualifications

  • You have extensive experience in a similar role, where you wrote excellent code and delivered a high-quality solution in an agile development environment.
  • You are proficient in modern Android development tools and best practices (e.g., Compose, DI, Coroutines, CI/CD).
  • You’re passionate about clean, testable code and embrace a “you build it, you own it” mindset.
  • You are independent, solution-oriented, and reliable.
  • You are always eager to find solutions and leverage optimization opportunities.
  • You have business-fluent English skills.
