Tasks

What you will be doing?

  • Answer B2B inbound sales and technical queries on the IT software we sell in France
  • Build rapport & nurture relationships with C level prospects identifying opportunities to up-sell
  • Ensure excellent customer support, direct escalations to the respective stakeholders
  • Learning the necessary tools to be able to succeed in the role; with a can-do attitude and an open mind to learning

Requirements

Who are you?

  • Self-motivated, proactive & hungry to learn
  • Great communicator
  • Speak FRENCH as your FIRST language
  • Strong appetite to be the best!

  • £27,000 to £32,000 (including basic salary, performance related commissions & a quarterly bonus scheme)
  • Hybrid office/remote working: Work remotely on Monday & Friday, and from our modern HQ offices in Bournemouth town center on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
  • Location: Granville Chambers, 21 Richmond Hill, Bournemouth BH2 6BJ
