Tasks

The Director Product (Ad Platform & AdTech) (m/f/d) plays a key role in building a global self-service advertising platform, enabling brands and agencies to book, manage, and optimize campaigns across airports, in-store media, and digital signage.

The Director Product (Ad Platform & AdTech) (m/f/d) reports to the SVP Advertising and Commercialization and can be based in either of our global hubs in the United States, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Italy, Spain or Singapore, if in possession of an appropriate work permit.

  • Develop Avolta’s advertising platform to support DOOH, Programmatic, Self-Service Media Buying, and Dynamic Pricing
  • Lead end-to-end platform development, working with engineers, AdOps, and analytics teams
  • Integrate AI & automation to improve ad targeting, optimization, and media execution
  • Ensure seamless connectivity with DSPs, SSPs, and major agency trading desks
  • Drive innovation in retail media through loyalty-driven advertising, mobile placements, and in-store digital activation

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or Retail Media Platforms
  • Deep knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and the AdTech ecosystem
  • Proven track record of launching high-scale advertising platforms
  • Strong product leadership skills, with experience in AI-driven advertising solutions
  • Fluent in English, speech and writing: additional language is an asset
  • Superior relationship-building and exceptional consultative skills with a passion and hunger to win
  • Travel required, as necessary, for customer-facing activities and team collaboration
