Tasks
The Head of Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) will be the cornerstone of the talent strategy, leading a team of recruitment professionals while overseeing and optimizing the entire talent acquisition process.
We need a leader who is tech-savvy and utilizes innovative tools and data-driven strategies to ensure that hiring practices are efficient, scalable, and impactful.
In this role you will:
- Lead and Develop Talent Acquisition Team: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a growing recruitment team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, training, and support to succeed.
- Deliver Exceptional Recruitment Experience: Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company's values.
- Problem-Solve and Overcome Challenges: Anticipate challenges in the talent acquisition process and come up with innovative solutions.
- Develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives: Lead the development of talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent, build diverse pipelines, and ensure hiring efforts are aligned with organizational goals.
- Leverage Technology: Stay at the forefront of recruitment technology and tools. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other technology to drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve the overall hiring process.
- Enhance Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to build and enhance our employer brand.
- Drive Metrics and Performance: Set, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team to ensure goals are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in a talent acquisition leadership role, with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting across a range of industries, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent acquisition professionals.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using modern recruiting tools, including ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic thinker with an operational mindset—comfortable with both the big picture and the details.
