About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate, results-driven Lead Platform Engineer to spearhead the development of the Enclaive multi-cloud platform. As a part of the team, you’ll work with cutting-edge cloud-native and security technologies. The product you develop will be at the forefront of confidential cloud and AI, allowing you to make a lasting impact within the engineering community.

As part of your role, you will:

• Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the CTO/CPO to design and deliver new product features.
• Lead the full lifecycle of virtual Hardware Security Module (vHSM) product development: from continuous deployment to testing, integration, and documentation.
• Design and implement scalable and secure platform features using TypeScript and Terraform.
• Own the infrastructure, overseeing the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of our cloud-native solutions.
• Advocate for our platform by participating in community events, conferences, and meetups.

Tech Stack:

• Programming: Node.js, MongoDB, Redis
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Integrations: Stripe API, HubSpot API, Vault API, Azure/AWS/GCP Terraform provider

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of software development experience, ideally in cloud-native applications or key management solutions.
• A demonstrated history of excellence in platform engineering, with experience in designing, building, and managing scalable, secure, and reliable cloud platforms.
• Strong experience in TypeScript, Terraform, and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, AWS). Golang is nice to have.
• A track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• A strong passion for confidential computing and AI, coupled with a growth mindset and the ability to solve complex engineering challenges through innovative solutions.
