DBServices helps to design, develop and support digital platforms for large and mid-sized companies in ITC, Banking, Retail, Government, Health, and other industries in Europe and Americas.

Tasks

  • Manage service operations, including service element management, catalog maintenance, and escalations, ensuring business needs are met.
  • Implement and oversee process standards, performance indicators, and policies.
  • Optimize service management frameworks and support multi-vendor environments.
  • Contribute to planning, budgeting, and aligning IT service management processes with business goals.
  • Advise business management on IT services and solutions, ensuring customization and lifecycle management.
  • Maintain the service catalog and ensure data security protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate tests, manage infrastructure installations, updates, and change-release processes.
  • Resolve IT service issues and provide 2nd-level user support, including coaching and training.
  • Implement knowledge management practices and stay updated on IT industry trends.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Management.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and PC hardware lifecycle management.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
