DBServices helps to design, develop and support digital platforms for large and mid-sized companies in ITC, Banking, Retail, Government, Health, and other industries in Europe and Americas.
Tasks
- Manage service operations, including service element management, catalog maintenance, and escalations, ensuring business needs are met.
- Implement and oversee process standards, performance indicators, and policies.
- Optimize service management frameworks and support multi-vendor environments.
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, and aligning IT service management processes with business goals.
- Advise business management on IT services and solutions, ensuring customization and lifecycle management.
- Maintain the service catalog and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Coordinate tests, manage infrastructure installations, updates, and change-release processes.
- Resolve IT service issues and provide 2nd-level user support, including coaching and training.
- Implement knowledge management practices and stay updated on IT industry trends.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and PC hardware lifecycle management.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
