Technical Transition Manager

DBServices helps to design, develop and support digital platforms for large and mid-sized companies in ITC, Banking, Retail, Government, Health, and other industries in Europe and Americas.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for technical transitions.
• Oversee the setup and configuration of IT network infrastructure components, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, routers, switches, and Wireless Access Points.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices for network security and performance.
• Design and execute UAT plans to validate functionality and performance against requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure all issues are addressed prior to final implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the transition process.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all phases of the transition, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure smooth operation post-implementation.
• Analyze transition processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience in IT network infrastructure (WAN/LAN/WLAN, routers, switches, Wireless Access Points, rVLAN, etc.)
• Proven experience in conducting functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong client/project management experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Fluent in English
