Infor M3 Consultant

Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Hybrid (TechnoFunctional) M3 Production Consultant to join our team in Denmark. We are a dynamic company known for our commitment to production management excellence. With the departure of our in-house expert, we are looking for a dedicated "fixer" who can step into the role and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

As a Hybrid (TechnoFunctional) M3 Production Consultant you will be the go-to expert responsible for maintaining and optimizing our production and operations systems. While no immediate upgrades or major changes are planned, you will play a critical role in ensuring everything continues running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. System Maintenance: Proactively monitor and maintain our M3 Productioj and Operations systems to ensure they remain stable and efficient.
2. Bug Fixing: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, bugs, or glitches that may arise in the systems.
3. Small Change Requests (CDRs): Handle small change requests and enhancements to the systems as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
4. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and fixes for reference.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure the systems align with operational goals.
6. Long-term Stability: Strategically plan for the long-term stability and performance of the systems, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in M3 Production & Operations systems is essential. Experience with similar ERP systems may also be considered.
• Problem Solver: A proven "fixer" who can diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Documentation: Proficiency in documenting system configurations, issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborative: Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving business requirements and maintain long-term system stability.
• On-site/Hybrid: Able to work on-site in Los Angeles with the flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement.
