Service Engineer

Location: Gothenburg (Onsite)

• Secure optimized service and repair solutions to maximize product uptime and enhance maintainability in the aftermarket business.
• Create and maintain technical information.
• Develop and deliver efficient preventive and corrective service strategies that align with product requirements for serviceability, safety, quality, and environmental needs.
• Evaluate and develop special tools and standard times for performing service operations.
• Ensure quality and readiness prior to releasing information to downstream systems and processes.
• Work on complex, strategically important products and solutions that adhere to common architecture and shared technology principles.
• Manage and drive diverse technical areas.
• Enhance global processes and tools.
• Spread knowledge and develop competence through cross-functional collaboration.
• Apply lean principles to improve processes.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently, take the lead on tasks, and plan effectively.
• Self-driven and proactive in engaging with learning opportunities for ongoing professional development.
• Expertise in home discipline with a growing understanding of broader TD/BA systems.
